THE saweeeetest bike EVER!

this week Dean is out of town till Friday to work in the grand canyon. well my friend Kelcy's husband and Dean's brother is also there. So while they have been gone we have been riding our bikes every night. It's been way fun... but today was the best. and believe it or not it all happened after our bike ride! Kelcy works with this girl that lives in a basement apartment and these baseball players used to live upstairs. Well the boys moved out and took everything they wanted. little did they know they left the best prize of all at the house. they left a 2 seater bike. yes that's a right a 2 seater bike. I personally have never been on one but i have always wanted to go on one so so so bad. so this girl told kelcy she could come and pick it up if she wanted because the boys were never coming back. so kelcy and i headed over to the house to see what we were in for. from a far ways a way it looked like a pretty ligit good bike. once we got up close to it it got even better! this bike is no ordinary 2 seater bike it is a homemade 2 seater bike! that's right homemade!!! hahaha oh my goodness. it is way to good. They have welded this two seater together with at parts from at least 3 bikes. so we carried it to kelcy's truck and took it to her parents house so her dad could look at it. when we got there he just kept saying kelcy it doesn't look good. we were devistated. we didn't want to take this beauty to the dump. so her dad fixed the back wheel to make is straight. then he told us we needed to get a long chain so that two people could pedal while the back person could shift. yes that's right they're mountain bikes too! well we still had hope so we hopped on the bike and i steered us while she pedaled down her street. this gave us all the hope we needed. we went to walmart and bought some ocean breeze blue spray paint and painted that beauty. It looks so dang good and tomorrow we're getting a chain and more paint. then we're going to put pinstrips on it and write hybrid on it. it's pretty much going to be the best bike ever. and who woulda thought it could be such a prize?!

Last weekend my dog ate a fly! This wasn't just any fly it was a huge fly! My dog climbs on the back of a chair we have in the living room so she can see out the back window. Well there was a fly on the window climbing up and falling down and climbing back up again. Well my dog kept crying because she couldn't get the fly. So Carter kept making the fly fall down so my dog could get the fly. Well she wouldn't eat it so we almost gave up. Well all of a sudden she started snipping at it and is was seriously so gross haha. Carter kept making the fly falling becuase we were finally getting some action with the dog eating a fly experience. Finally my dog grabbed the fly and she took it to the floor and she ate it! It was so gross, but that goes to show you just how tough my little dog really is! She's a killer dog! WATCH OUT! haha Carter knocking down the fly

MY best FRIENDS wedding!

yesterday was Megan Westwood's, now Barney, wedding! it was so freaking crazy! my friend brittney black and i went down to the temple at 10:00 arriving at 11:00. we were even speeding on the freeway so i don't really know why it took us so long to get down there. oh wait probably becuase of construction. anyway when we got to the temple just in time! we waited for about 20 minutes and then megan and layne, her husband, came out of the temple. after taking about 101 pictures we went to the stake center across the street from the temple. britt and i were parked on the opposite side of the temple so we drove 1/2 a block to the stake center so we didn't have to walk when we were done eating. tells ya how lazy we are! we had some delicious food and talked to meg's family for a while and then we headed home. when we got back to cedar we had about one hour before we had to be at the church for pictures before megan's reception. so i hustled and got ready and headed to the church. after some pictures and sampling the candy the reception started. britt and i were at the guest signing table. it was so crazy! there were so many people. oh and they had the most delicious chocolate cake that one has ever tasted in their life for their dessert! after the reception ended at 8 the real party started! they had a dance and it was a blast! athen at 9.30 megan and layne left for vegas and they are flying to mexico today! it was a long and great day!

mY oPeNiNg BLoG!

so i finally got a blog! can you believe it?! i've wanted a blog for sometime, but i just thought I had nothing going on that was exciting so i didn't really need one. well yesterday i was looking at some and most were just random and funny so i thought well if they can have one so can i! i really do have quite a bit coming up too! things like catching this HUGE fish!

yeah that's huge huh?! it's like the size of my torso! i think that it's pretty great!
